I think that we have all sat around at one stage or another and moaned about the state
of our nation. Well, I have decided to stop moaning and try to do a little something to leave my mark on the kids of today. I firmly believe that education is the key to our successful future. But in order to gain education we require so much more.
I am not asking you for any donations or money. We are all tired of being begged to death.
All I want is for you to clean out your desk drawer and collect any extra stationery that you may have. I know that every time my husband goes on a conference we get a new pen. There is NO way that we can use all of those pens in our life time. I suspect that many of
you are the same.What I want to do is make stationery sets for kids in need. All you need
to do is to donate any stationery that you aren’t using. It’s as easy as that.
Please help me out here guys. It’s high time we stopped complaining and started doing something pro-active.
I have no idea what we will get or who we will help, but a marathon starts with a small
step.
Please don’t go out and buy things. I really don’t want people to dig into
their pockets. I just want them to start recycling their unused stationery.
If you have a nice boss please forward this to him/her and maybe we’ll
get some extra stationery from them.
This is about helping to educate kids who are “sukkeling” to survive.
I know that you guys will do your best. Start scratching in those
